      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez FirstCry com en oct. 2020

      Entretien

      First Round It was small aptitude test. I don't know why for an experienced person they took aptitude test. But anyways its their process. The weird part about the process is After every round you have to call to HR. Th HR told me to send the screenshot of test result. Which I sent. Second round It was technical round. Which was scheduled at 1pm which was telephonic but no one called me. After an hour I called the HR and told him about this. He said I will arrange a call in 30 minutes. Eventually I got the call after 2 hrs. It was simple technical round basic questions were asked. After interview I have to call HR to update him that my interview is done. This is seriously funny. The HR doesn't ask the interview panel whether the interview is done or not. He ask candidate to call him after the interview. Third Round It was technical round. It was told to me that someone will ping you on your skype around 3pm. but no one pinged me. I mailed them regarding this. The HR calls me after 2 day and ask me how come you didn't get the call. So he scheduled the interview again the next day. So it was skype interview. There was one problem at my place due to rain my broadband was not working and also the mobile network was not good. So before the interview I told him that I am connected on mobile due such situation. Initially the interviewer said no problem in it. During interview at one point of time I was not able to hear the guy at other end. So I ask him Could please send me the question on chat ?? So he got angry and said are we going to do the interview on chat ?? Is this expected ?? I said sorry but I can't help you with situation. After some more questions he asked me to write query in the same chat where he refused to send me question few minutes before. I thought of answering him the same way he answered me. But I answered that question on the same chat. he asked me to write 3 SQL. I was not able to solve the third one and eventually he rejected me. The HR was not at all responsible for his work. The Guy who interviewed me had very wrong attitude. One should never apply to such company.
