My interview was with the operations manager. He was excited to have me come aboard because I had previous experience. He asked me about my where received my CDL training and how long I had my license. If I have any issues revolving my CDL's. I was asked what I expected for pay and hours.

They will do a phone interview first, and they will ask some question about why do you want to be a school bus driver and what is your advantages than other candidates.

No interview process, just sign up and pass the background drug and physical test, then fill out paperwork and start training which they’ll provide transportation for and multiple choice testing for your CDL

They are very short staffed right now, so as long as you meet the basic requirements you will be hired. I was not interviewed, I simply started the hiring process.
