I had three interviews - a phone interview with a very nice HR representative, an interview in-person with three individuals, and then an interview with a regional supervisor. All three seemed to go very well, but then I was ghosted. I was never contacted with an offer (which is fine), but I was also never contacted to say that another candidate was chosen.
