There is a tri-level interview process with basic questioning, nothing out of the norm. They are just trying to get you in the most well rounded way. They do a great job at explaining the job responsibilities as well.

Interview was very laid back. There were mostly behavioral based questions. They are looking for problem solvers, hard working, inquisitive people who want to make a difference. Seeking employees who want to provide an exceptional customer experience.
