It was easy process from beginning to end. I was allowed time to describe my experience as an underwriter. This gave me the opportunity to be detailed on what I know and what I can contribute to the team.

I was working for FHF for 1 year and they opened a position on Underwriting, I applied for it and I've done a test and after the test an interview was scheduled. I already knew people that were going to do my interview and it was helpful because I didn't feel uncomfortable at anytime. I was interviewed for 5 people and I was so happy when I get the positive response.
