I had an interview with the HR person who was great to talk with and said they were meeting with the manager later that day to provide input on all interviews. Three weeks later received an email the manager had not reviewed the interviews but would be contacting me back to setup and interview. Next day I got an email that I would not be moving forward. Skills were completely aligned with the role. Being an older person and the manager is much younger, one can only assume.
