Interview process was easy. Good to get thru a consultancy . Wonderful salary with unexpected deductions. Dont believe the management. They are not systematic. People who work here ate not happy. Bad word culture. Nothing is paid on time. Management expects us to do OT all the time. Even if u put in 100% its of no use. No appreciation. No rewards. Skilled used here r wasts

only three rounds of interview nothing apart from resume.first round HR,second round operational rounds and third aptitude.operational round is quite difficult they check our stability and confident our previous experience process and about FADV profile and if necessary they check typing check.
