Initial phone interview, later skype interview. I had applied for a different position, but they had already selected someone for that, so they asked if I wanted to interview for another position. I happily obliged. Skype interview wasn't too long, but felt substantive. By the end though, I knew this wasn't what I wanted, and so did they.
