The company conducted 4 rounds of technical interview sessions for a fresher. The initial round was a MCQ round of finance concepts, followed by additional two technical interviews rounds with the heads and the last interview round was with the founder of the company. After all these rounds and being connected with me since 1 month, the HR didn't even communicate the result of my application. Later, I called her to understand that I was rejected.
