Interview process- In person Style-Panal. There was more then one person interviewing. Different leaders from different departments were represented in the interview my guess is because the whole building ultimately works together. It painted a picture of what my job was but also what else happens in the building I would be working at. Questions-Behavioral based questions. Use STAR method. (Situation task action result)
