J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Finn AI (Vancouver, BC) en oct. 2020
Entretien
1. Phone screen where they get to know you and see how well your skills match the role
2. Take-home assignment to develop a REST API with a simple front-end and a Docker script for it
3. 30 minute video call with SVP of technology where you get to ask him questions and have an informal chat
4. 1 hour technical interview with 2 people - no coding, just knowledge questions and walking through your take-home submission
5. 1 hour interview with managers with behavioural questions
6. 45 minute culture interview to find out what environment works best for you
If you accept your offer, you need to provide references and pass a background check. The offer, for me at least, was generous. You won't get low-balled. They have overtime but provide a small cash incentive and give you equal time off for it. Good vacation/benefits/perks. Seems like a good opportunity for career growth, but seems busy and not all the interviewers were friendly.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
A lot of questions about DevOps technologies and infrastructure like AWS ECS, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, message queues. Some Node.js/Javascript specific questions. Also behavioural questions about challenges you faced, how you approach problems, what kind of work environment are you looking for, etc. Questions about your previous projects.

Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The interview questions were pretty simple, there was no coding questions but honestly I would avoid this company. I asked them information about what there plans are and what makes them different and they all told me they didn't know even the co-founder. This company is so disorganised and they were laughing as I was talking during the interview. What made it worse one interviewer would ask a question and I would spend time explaining then legit right after the other interviewer would ask the same question. The management sucks and I wouldn't recommend this company to even a homeless man if he didn't need to do the interview steps.
The mangers are not smart people.
