I interviewed three times. The first with Controller, second with controller and CFO, and the third was with HR. It was a very to the point interview. The entire process took three months which is unusual for the company. The length took so long because I interviewed for one position but the management thought I was better suited to a different position; however that different position was new to the company too and had to go through an approval process.
