Recruiter set up a 30 minute call, which went really well. I was able to answer all the questions & I was asked to follow up in 3-4 days regarding next interview with hiring manager which would be via Zoom. When I heard back from the recruiter, I was informed that the hiring manager decided to pass. Being passed on even before interviewing with the hiring manager felt unfair, especially since the recruiter conversation went really well.
