I appreciated the straightforward interview process. The whole process was as described, which is really rare these days, especially with all the different stages employers include. It felt much more collaborative than a traditional interview because the manager had a lot of genuine interest in me and asked questions that helped me really understand the role.

Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
