Group interview. Asked multiple questions and everyone got the chance to answer. If they needed more detail to a question, they would speak to you more formally. Follow up interview for management position after.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
