J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fingerprint en juin 2015

Recruiter contacted me. I was initially really interested in the role, but the recruiter killed it for me.
Throughout the course of our conversation, it became very apparent that the recruiter had little technical understanding and seemed to hone in solely on my previous-titles and terms rather than the actual work involved. In trying to explain to the recruiter the relevance of my work, we spent a good portion of our time having the recruiter ask deep, intricate questions such as: "Do you know Javascript?" "Do you know Java?" "How did that project involve Javascript and Java?"
These were big red flags for me. Really got the feeling the recruiter was just checking off a list of key-terms.
Never got a call back from them and lost interest to pursue going further.
Thank you for feedback. We are working with a few different third party agencies, and it's good to hear this kind of review. If you would like to share more details, feel free to contact someone at Fingerprint directly.

First, there was a phone interview where they asked me behavioral questions and past software projects I have worked on. They then had me to do a Ruby on Rails project to complete within two weeks.

Phone call with the hiring manager (skipping the recruiter), and then a take-home code test. They asked for the code test to be completed within a week.
Once I submitted the code test, it took a week before they responded that they had received it. After that, I never heard from them again, despite following up several times. While I'm surprised that my code test was not enough to move me to the next round, I'm most disappointed that they didn't have the courtesy to at least respond. In my view, taking hours to complete a code test for them deserves a polite response of some kind, even if it's a rejection.
