I had a web interview followed by an in-person interview. The entire process was quick, clear and straightforward. I found it to be was challenging but not overly difficult. The recruiter followed up afterward with an update the next business day.

Terrible Experience! I was called for an onsite interview with a PM. Interviewer walked in late and 1st question was - For which position are you interviewing for? I was surprised to hear that. We continued and he asked me about my design process. Interviewer wrapped up the interview fast and said I really like the way you work and your design process. As a next step, you will meet Design Director. After that, I followed up for good 3-4 weeks and they just ghosted me.
