I was told to come for a physical interview all the way at kings cross head office with a copy of my CV and passport. The place is full of one particular ethnicity and Burhan the person who interviewed I felt was very patronising, he could not give me a clear answer on the hourly rate of pay and asked what my expectations are, I asked what criteria he uses to judge his staffs rate of pay, he then said he will assess my teaching and decide then my hourly rate. However, he then put me with the students at the centre and gave me a GCSE maths and science paper for me to complete as an assessment… at this stage I walked out as I did not feel it was worth £7-£15 an hour, I have a learning difficulty so there was no point stressing my self out over this type of company.
