Hiring process consists of reviewing a resume, writing sample, background check, face to face interview and second interview if called back. The entire process takes approximately two weeks to one month. During the process the entire content of the resume will be checked for accuracy. Since this is a small company it is important that all employees are able to get along and work well together.
