Entretien
1. Initial interview with third party recruiter. 2. Second initial interview with findhelp recruiter. 3. 30 minute interview with a senior manager. 4. 1 hr panel interview with two managers and the VP. 5. My references were checked and I did a half day in person interview that consisted of 5 different conversations (interviews). 6. Another follow up interview….. after this I was told “unfortunately we will not be moving forward with your application”. When I asked for more feedback my email to both parties was ignored. This process was very long, very time consuming, and included me taking off work. My references also moved meetings to chat with Findhelp. My issue is not with the process (though I have never had a process that extensive for an individual contributor role), but rather the lack of feedback /communication or even acknowledgement for the time. The process took around 5 weeks.

Entretien
The interview process took about 6 weeks from initial phone calls with the recruiter to an in person interview and then ultimately a rejection. The interviews were informational and helpful in learning more about the role and companies goals. As stated before I interviewed with a range of managers describing different aspects of the business to me - all providing positive feedback. Unfortunately I was rejected after the in person interview for hiring other individuals.

Entretien
Overall, the interview process concluded after 8 weeks, from initial phone screening to offer. Interviews consisted of an initial phone screen, 1 hour with CS lead, 2 hour situational panel interview with team members, 30 mins with VP of CS, 1 hour with Manager, CS (direct manager)and 1 hour final interview with COO. Albeit extensive, communication throughout the process was phenomenal from both Talent Acquisition and EA to follow-up and schedule.
