After the interviews above, I had a separate call with the CEO to align on my expectations around work-life balance, they also had a call with three of my references. They decided not to move forward citing cultural misalignment given my experience in a big company did not match what they wanted for a startup like Finch.
Now, while all the interviews went well, not moving forward based on information that was on my resume, and was discussed in the first conversation, is not respectful of anyone's time. If you choose to interview here, I suggest asking for a culture alignment call at the beginning of the process, so you can protect your time and expectations.
Other than this, the interviews were well structured and I enjoyed the conversations with everyone on the team.
