In my experience I was interviewed 3 times, They mainly ask about customer support or customer service experience. They ask you about if you can work inn US hours. The interview was smooth.

First Round was a aptitude and personality Test. Second Round was Technically Interview based on what you studied in college and what you majored in college. Basic questions. If finance say derivatives, equity etc
