Phased approach: 1. HR interview, 2. Skill assessment - CSAT type, but very approachable; 3. Manager Interview; 4. Interview with senior director. Professionally carried, interview timespan: 2 months. Expect questions about flexibility, ability to do the extra mile etc. Currently, 2 waves of layoffs impacted Finastra monumentally, hence very unstable and "dynamic" work environment. Would not recommend if you look for stability. Strategy is not also very well put in place and shifts from one day to another. Managers take the pressure from the ones on top and defer it to the teams. Not very productive or leadership-oriented mentality. Interview process was satisfactory, but the reality hits when joining quite hard.
