Process moved along promptly. Recruiter reached out regarding availability and interview was scheduled. I was informed we would be moving forward within a week and a follow up interview was promptly scheduled.
Despite all this great and easy communication, I still had to follow up and see where the status of my candidacy lay.

Why Finastra? General questions about my experience with technical writing and with fintech software.
The process was very well defined. The recruiter was very helpful. I was given enough time to complete the test. I would appreciate it if the interview process also included feedback about the tests or interview rounds if the candidate couldn't clear it.

The written test included some aptitude kind of questions and one section was to check your writing skills.

Entretien
I applied online on their site.
After about a month, I received a response inviting me to take an online test. It asked a bunch of math and vocabulary logic problems and had a hard time limit of 15 minutes.
Two weeks later, a recruiter contacted me to set me up for interviews. The first was a phone screen with him, and the next two were video interviews with the hiring manager and another team member.
After that last interview, I stopped hearing from them, and they never responded to any of my follow-up emails asking about where I stood. After maybe another month, my candidate status in their candidate portal changed to "closed." I don't know if they went with someone else or if they closed the position.
