Test was good, first round was good and second round was good. Got call from HR for documentation and after sending all the details and required documents no response from there side. After 2 weeks they marked it as - applicant withdrew. HR don't respond and never picks up the call. And later they told the candidate is very good but over qualified. Can HR answer this, Didn't they check the resume before conducting the first round? Is the people conducting or scheduling the interview are so dumb? Atleast have courtesy to convey the truth to candidate.
