Entretien
One 30 minute interview that took place in person on campus, as is standard with the coop program for the university of waterloo. The matching/ranking process was also through the university

Question 1
Familiarity with agile development methodology. Familiarity with microservice architecture pattern and web development standards/practices. Non technical.
First step: CCAT assessment (online quiz to test logic and problem solving, I think 15 minutes and ~50 multiple choice) Second Step: Interview with team engineers. 40 minutes. Discussed past experience from resume, and situational technical questions, honestly a fair interview. No live coding.
