I did a screening first with HR, then hiring managers interview was next. then the director of Professional Services was the final round. overall it was pretty straightforward and very on par with other companies.

Their process was 1st round with HR/People Ops, 2nd round panel of two managers, 3rd and final with director.
1st round was great with HR. They were warm and transparent about the process. 2nd round panel was not warm and came across like they already hired someone and were just going through the motions and the questions asked were over the top. Suffice to say, I didn't make it to 3rd round and didn't want to after that experience.

Entretien
The 1st interview was straightforward, with behavioral questions and conversations. The 2nd is where it went off the rails with the interviewer's inability to explain his questioning and hypothetical situations to the point that he couldn't explain the context and didn't seem to know the answers he was looking for.
