Interview Process was made up of three parts: -Telephone Interview This was just a friendly chat lasting about 10 minutes asking two questions about why you are interested in FinTrU. -Teams Interview This was more difficult. You were on a teams call with an HR rep and another employee. They asked you a range of different questions between culture, how you suit FinTrU and why that area. The interviewers were very friendly and constantly kept you assured. -Group Assessment This was with a group of around 6 people. You meet everyone in a room where you get to chat and know a bit more about each other. Then you move to the assessment room where you are gave a task under a limited time. Our task was to decide which items to take from a plane crash with options provided and a limit of how many. Then we had to present for a minute or two at the end.
