Two things, one of the challenging things for me is remembering the meaning of some of the technology based acronyms. When I let them know, anyone that asked provided the description and it always struck a "ding" in my head and I could continue answering. The favorite questions came around how I dealt with difficult situations as a manager when it came to working with team members that were failing in some way and how I went about correcting or handling the issue.
