The interview felt like I went to see a Therapist. Majority of the questions wasn't related to the job. Also, the hiring manager mentioned the complete c-suite team needs to be replaced with outsiders. Basically the company needs new directions.

Heard about the opportunity through a recruiter. The process was three steps; the first was with a hiring manager, a second with another hiring manager and a final presentation with the two hiring managers and their boss.
