The initial with HR was quick and she didn’t seem to know a few questions. The hiring manager call was better and lead to a job offer. I was shocked it was all phone and no camera as the interview was initially for a remote position. It made me more nervous because they go quiet writing notes and with no visuals you’re left wondering if they’re just not that interested in you as a candidate. Once hired and applying to other departments however was pretty horrible. Lack of follow up internally and is more akin to ghosting external applicants. Made me want to leave.
