Easy, normal questions asked. Job was explained, didn't take long, had two more interviews scheduled afterwards those also went swiftly, there are some more steps after the interviews. Overall a great experience.

Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.
