I feel very strongly that I was discriminated against because of my age. I had two telephone interview and took a skills test. They even emailed the benefit docs to me, and lead me to believe I was the top candidate. They ceased all communication after the personal interview. I think they were expecting someone younger. My resume accurately listed college graduation 10 years earlier. What it did not say, was that I earned the degree in my late 30's. After the interview, no one - not the department head or the HR would return a call or email me.
