J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fifth Third (Cincinnati, OH) en févr. 2016
Entretien
Initial interview was done on the phone. Generic interview questions were asked. I used the STAR method to answer each question successfully. Then moved on to the second interview on phone with HR director; she asked basically the same generic interview questions. I interview well, so I didn't find it challenging. Unfortunately, the pay was too low for me to pursue: I have an MBA and was was more interested in a corporate-level job. I met a recruiter at a job fair, had a great conversation, so I mostly pursued the interview to boost my network.

Question 1
What do you know about the company? Tell me a little about yourself. What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
The interview was fairly standard in terms of questions asked and discussion, but the attitude of my interviewer was somewhat hostile. Overall it was a fair but unenjoyable experience. I thought I did well but was not offered the position.

Entretien
Very simple and easy, the interview process was direct and meaningful as as fair. Offers after were presented in a tuneful manner as well, managers were respectful and were flexible on getting things scheduled, during the interview it was a little intimidating but for good reason.

I arrived about 10 minutes early. My interview was set for 11:00 am. The manager that I was to interview with was not there yet. She did not arrive until 11:25 am. Already not a positive experience. Then she brought me in the office. She asked a little about myself. She then told me about her self a little bit. Then the branch manager joined us. And then she told us a little about herself. Very few questions about my work history. So I was the one that brought that up. I can understand having to wait about 5 minutes for an interview to start, but almost a half hour I find very unacceptable.
