I haven't been hired yet, but I did a preliminary phone interview for about 15 minutes and that is done before you do an hour long in person interview. The phone interview was super casual. I talked to Mary and she is super personable and made me feel way less nervous and like we were having a normal conversation.

initial 15 interview that was behavioral followed by a second, 1 hour long interview. The second interview was also largely behavioral and included a large synopsis of the role. In addition, you need to rehash your resume and explain sales experience.
