I applied online on Friday. I was called on Monday to set up an interview later on in the week. When you walk in you are greeted by reception, very friendly but she was watching something akin to "Gossip Girl" on the T.V., and they give you some papers to fill out. One is about basic information and the other asks the generic interview questions (ie where do you see yourself in 5 yrs, etc).
I was interviewed by the President. She was friendly but she interviewed me for a position I did not apply for, nor at any point did she tell me that she wasn't interviewing me for the position I had applied for. When I told her that I wanted to go into HR she told me that every job involves recruiting and when she saw I wasn't buying it she asked me if I wasn't comfortable in sales. I told her I was but I wanted to get into HR and I believed I was qualified for the position. She then told me that she would have to talk to a different manager to see if they wanted to give me a second interview. I never heard back from them and it's been 2 weeks.
To be honest, it seems like they only hire young students/recent graduates who are desperately looking for a job or an internship. I won't say for sure but that is the impression that I got.
