Entretien
The process was fairly simple. I went in for a first interview with HR and the manager of the position. It was an interview to get to know me and my experience, it lasted about 30 minutes. I got a call back that afternoon asking me to come in the following week for a second interview. The second interview was an hour and a half. The first 45 minutes was a panel interview and the second 45 minutes was a skills test that included basic administrative tasks.

Entretien
I got connected through a recruiter, so they had already done a bit of the vetting process. When I went in for my first interview, it was a panel interview with about 7 employees. A bit overwhelming, but they were all so warm and friendly. I then went on to do some skill testing.
