Very laid back. Honestly one of the better processes that I've been through. Mostly behavioral with your traditional technical questions thrown in there. If you study the IB 400 and you know your resume, you'll do just fine.

Very easy. no technicals. Mostly behavioral and fit. The interviewer was very nice and talked a lot about the deal flow of the firm. Asked me a liberal arts class that I have taken.
