I get an interview with managers where they ask me behavioral questions. My recruiter never answers my emails for an update, and i never recibe an email about rejection, I try to connect with a lot of people for get a new, but anyone tell me anything. Now in the career website, said I am not considered for the position.

The Hiring manager did not ask much questions regarding process though i prepared much for it, I wonder how did he decide to evaluate the performance of the candidate without questioning much . I received a call from HR team and she scheduled interview to some other location and none joined the interview bridge and later she scheduled again for Bangalore location where the manager named Yogesh I felt like he just time passed with general questions. Please do not waste others time just for formality purpose.
