Several interview rounds with manager and then future team members to ensure good fit. The interviews didn’t require answering questions out of any ordinary interview. Offer came about a month after first interview.

How do you manage multiple responsibilities at once?
Long application process as they use a terrible and laborious TAS system for the candidate. Interviews are repetitive and time consuming and they always choose the internal candidate anyways! Don't waste your time. Then they add you to their talent email distribution telling your about the culture at their company and why you should work there. No thanks.

Entretien
Super straightforward. They took awhile to get back after the initial submission, however it was a fairly fast process afterward. Their communication fantastic and I was never left wondering where I stood in the interview process. I didn't get the job, but if every company handled hiring this way, looking for a job would be much less of a headache.
