A recruiter reached out and scheduled a quick phone interview. Almost exclusively discussed experience and fit with the team. The recruiter continually assured me that the process was ongoing; however nearly 4 months later, I was told the role was filled. The online posting was still up on LinkedIn throughout this entire process. Very malicious hiring practices indeed.
A virtual behavioral followed by a position specific interview with the team that you express interest in. Overall, the process takes a few weeks, but there may be further interviews that I am unaware of.

Interview was a straight forward process. First round behavioral. Second round behavior with some markets questions. Overall a great process, only negative is the time in between interviews and responses.
