Applied online to F&G and was contacted by the recruiter for a phone screen, it may have lasted 15 minutes and was vague. Several weeks later I was scheduled to speak with the VP HRBP via phone. Next steps with a timeframe were discussed, time came and went no communication. Recruiter and VP HRBP ghosted me. Terrible experience and completely unprofessional.
