J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fidelity Investments (Durham, NC)
Entretien
Two initial phone interviews with a recruiter (15-30 minutes), then a panel interview with an HR rep and a member of the Client Services team in leadership. The panel interview mostly tries to gauge whether they think you can pass the licensing exams, and questions have to do with how well you take coaching, how willing you are to learn, etc. The phone screens are as much about selling you on Fidelity as they are about learning about you. They aren't difficult interviews. STAR method, etc.

Question 1
"What would you do if your leader told you to move on to a new section, even if you didn't feel ready?"
First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.

Overall, this was a great interview process. The hiring managers ensured that the final interview was conversational and that I was comfortable throughout it. I also really appreciated how helpful the recruiter was.
