Bad. The recruiter never got back to me after the initial round in one interview and I never heard back another recruiter for a different position after round two with feedback. It makes you think the feedback will be given and sweet talk is all fluff. Overall I found the recruiters to be disrespectful of the candidates time. How many people are you sending to interview for a position that you cannot even provide feedback after an interview round and keep people hanging?
