Phone interview - brief, asked common interview questions (tell me about yourself, name a time when.....). Not much conversation was done, just questions and answers. Felt somewhat formal. Description of the role and start date. Make sure to know about the role and company before interviewing.

First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.
