You need to demonstrate your ability in active listening. Then, you need to be able to communicate the financial concepts effectively. You also should be able to present the solutions that help meet the client's needs.
The 1st interview was a self-recorded interview where you're replying to fixed questions. The 2nd interview was a panel interview with multiple interviewers. The 3rd interview was an offer from 1 of the original interviewers.
I had a screening call with a talent acquisition officer. My interactions with the individual was unpleasant and unprofessional. The individual missed multiple calls we had scheduled and eventually ghosted me.
Hr screening, then interview with branch. Not a whole lot to report as questions were fairly standard relating to planning experience and client relationship management abilities. Did not get position as even though I was told I interviewed well they had many qualified internal candidates.
