If you go through the temp agency it’s a phone interview, in person interview with them where they help you edit and fix your resume and help you prepare for the Fidelity side of the interview process. The Fidelity interview is one group interview then a second interview where you meet two two current employees and from there you either receive the offer or are declined the position.
