I received a call about 4 months after applying. We had two phone interviews (one short, one long) and a face to face interview w/ tour of the building. The first phone interview was more like a screening than an actual interview. The recruiter asked me a few basis questions (What do you know about the company?; Credit score?) but ultimately it was about explaining the role, company objective, and salary/benefits. The second call was an actual phone interview that lasted about an hour. Lastly we had a group interview, 1 on 1, and a tour of the building. However, they have changed the hiring process since last year. There are no more group interviews.
