I got a phone screen by applying on the website for technical internships. I was emailed for the phone screen within a week. Phone screen was around 15 minutes long. Was told that I would be contacted later for further steps. They never contacted me again after that, so I did not get an offer.
Hirevue video interview with 7 questions, all behavioral. Phone interview with recruiter and a manager at one of the other locations. Technical interview with a hiring manager that had a coding section using edifire website.

Entretien
The first round is a HireVue video screen, asking about generic behavioral questions. The second round was an interview asking about your resume and skills. There were no technical questions.

First had HireVu where you video tape yourself answering behavioral questions. After that I was invited to complete an onsite interview which consisted of a tour of the building then a forty five minute behavioral interview followed by a 45 minute technical interview.
