J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fidelity Investments (Westlake, TX) en nov. 2013
Entretien
I was a referral. My friend had an internship there the previous summer and put me in touch with the recruiter, who put me in touch with another recruiter in my department. Since they didn't recruit at my school, which is in a city about 3 hours away from the actual job I had a short phone interview. It was nothing special, more of just getting to know me. I then flew to the city to have a 1 on 1 behavioral interview. This is somewhat unorthodox because I know they have recruitment programs with campus tours, etc... The interview was very basic, and almost enjoyable to learn about the job and see the incredible campus. I received an offer and am weighing it against other things.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Nothing. I got asked 3 of the most basic behavioral interview questions (strength, weakness, etc).
An initial call (recruiter or manager) to confirm basics: your background, your interest in the role, your availability, behavioral questions.Depending on role, they might do a more comprehensive interview loop: more senior leadership, maybe product or technical review, maybe presentation of past work or portfolio.

I had a virtual interview for a summer internship that I assumed would be behavioral. However, it presented several unexpected and challenging questions, which made for a surprisingly interesting and thought-provoking experience.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA)
Entretien
Referred by a friend who spoke highly of its culture. Everyone in this process was so nice. The manager was very kind and cared about me even though I was just one candidate. I think it implies their good culture. Even though I eventually lost to the other candidate who had more relevant experience, I feel positive overall. The senior manager's interview was very chill and relaxing. The analyst asked more technical questions but very basic finance one, and he was friendly even if I was stuterred a little.
